2018-2019 BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PRE-REGISTRATION - GRADES K-5 @ DISTRICT 34 - GLENVIEW PUBLIC SCHOOLS
TO REGISTER: PLEASE SUBMIT THE ATTACHED PRE-REGISTRATION FORM WITH THE $75.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER CHILD. FORMS & PAYMENT OR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT NEED TO BE TURNED IN TOGETHER TO SECURE A SPOT.
Additional enrollment forms will be sent in June to be completed and returned to Wesley.
Wesley Child Care Center is accepting registration for the 2018-2019 Grades K-5 Before & After School Programs for Glenview District #34 students.
The three sites in which these programs operate are Henking, Westbrook, and Lyon Schools.
For the Before School Program, children at Hoffman, Glen Grove, and Pleasant Ridge Schools will be bussed to their schools (about 7:15 a.m.) For the After School Program, children at Hoffman, Glen Grove, and Pleasant Ridge Schools will remain with Wesley at their Intermediate School for the first hour, then bus (about 3:20 PM) to their sister primary school (Henking, Westbrook, or Lyon) for the remainder of the program.
Program Hours of Operation:
Before School: 6:45-7:30/8:45 AM
After School: 2:30/3:30 - 6:00 PM (With an option to register for 6:30 PM late service; additional fee)
Program Dates of Operation:
The Wesley After School Program operates on all school days when Glenview School District #34 is in session.
The program will begin on the first day of District #34 and ends on the last day of District #34.
DAYZ OFF CAMP:
Wesley offers a Dayz-Off Camp on most of the days when District #34 is not in session. The hours of operation are
7 AM – 6 PM. The children will participate in a variety of interesting and challenging activities. Exciting fieldtrips are
also planned. The fee for the program, $68.00 per child per day, includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and all
fieldtrip expenses. This program is located at Wesley’s mainsite; 727 Harlem Ave. Space is limited. Registration
will occur about three weeks prior to the Dayz Off Program date and will be e-mailed to families and available on-site.
