FORMS & PAYMENT OR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT NEED TO BE TURNED IN TOGETHER TO SECURE A SPOT.
The Wesley Before & After School Program is a DCFS Licensed Program and has an enrollment capacity at each location. We encourage you to register early as space is limited. After submitting the registration, families will receive a status of enrollment. Confirmed Enrolled students will receive enrollment packets in June.
THE WESLEY AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM OFFERS

The three sites in which these programs operate are Henking, Westbrook, and Lyon Schools. For the Before School Program, Hoffman, Glen Grove, and Pleasant Ridge students will be bussed to their schools about 7:15AM and 8:15AM on late start Wednesdays. For the After School Program, Hoffman, Glen Grove, and Pleasant Ridge students will remain with Wesley at their schools for the first hour of Wesley, then bus about 3:30PM to their sister primary school (Henking, Westbrook, or Lyon) for the remainder of the program.
Program Hours of Operation:
Before School: 6:45-8:40AM, 9:40AM on late start Wednesdays Wesley will provide extended before school care on late start Wednesdays at no additional fee for children who are enrolled in the Wesley Before School Program on Wednesdays. Late Start Wednesdays will begin on August 26 and end on May 26. After School: 2:40-6:00 PM with an option to register for 6:30 PM late service for an additional monthly fee.
Program Dates of Operation:
The Wesley Before and After School Program operates on school days when Glenview District 34 is in session. The program will begin on the first day of school, August 19, 2020, and end on the last day of school.
DAYZ OFF CAMP:
Wesley offers a Dayz-Off Camp on most days when District 34 is not in session. The hours of operation are 7AM – 6PM. The children will participate in a variety of interesting and challenging activities. Fieldtrips are also planned. The fee for the program, $68.00 per child per day, includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and fieldtrip expenses. This program is located at Wesley’s mainsite; 727 Harlem Ave. Space is limited. *Children must be enrolled in at least 2 days per week before or after school program to register for the Dayz Off Camps. Registration will occur about a month prior to the Dayz Off Camp date and will be e-mailed to families and available on-site. The Wesley calendar will note the dates registration will begin. Please note, this is an unlicensed program run by Wesley and its’ staff providing the best quality y care.
